Modeling Home Miami – Flix & flip
This project involved the renovation of five apartments within The Preserve at Emerald Villas complex, with an emphasis on residential areas requiring specific repairs to drywall, window frames, and interior finishes. The work was executed with precision to restore and improve the living conditions of each unit.
Scope of Work Performed:
1. Drywall Repairs:
New drywall was supplied and installed in damaged areas, including cutting, fixing, and leveling.
Joint compound was applied to joints and screws, followed by sanding to achieve a uniform surface.
Each repaired area was primed and painted, matching the existing color.
Interior surfaces were protected during the repair, and a thorough cleaning was performed upon completion.
2. Window Frame Repair:
The old caulking was removed and the work area was carefully cleaned.
New caulking was applied around the frames, smoothing it for a clean and durable finish.
Once cured, the perimeter was painted with a color match, ensuring visual uniformity.
Final result:
Each unit was restored to optimal condition, with impeccable finishes on walls and windows. This work significantly improved the comfort and aesthetics of the spaces, meeting the residential complex’s maintenance and presentation standards.
