Office Refurbishment – G.Q.M. Offices
This project involved the complete renovation of a former commercial space into administrative offices. The work included everything from interior structural work to high-quality finishes on floors, walls, and ceilings.
Scope of work performed:
1. Construction and space preparation:
Interior work was performed with wood and metal framing to create the new office partitions.
Acoustic and thermal insulation was installed on the interior walls, followed by the installation of drywall panels with a Level 5 finish.
Foundation and backfill work were performed for a new concrete slab.
2. Installations and Finishes:
The entire plumbing and sanitary system was installed, including plumbing fixtures.
The existing adhesive on the floor was removed, and the surface was prepared for a high-gloss polished concrete finish.
Paint was applied to interior and exterior walls and the exposed ceiling.
Acoustic ceilings were installed in the office areas.
Final result:
The space was completely transformed into modern, functional offices with high-quality finishes. The project successfully combined industrial aesthetics with comfort and efficiency, ideal for a professional and well-adapted work environment.
