This project involved the complete transformation of a former retail space to adapt it to its new role as a Salvation Army store. The primary focus was on preparing and completely renovating the entire floor to receive new, durable and functional finishes.
Scope of Work:
1. Floor Preparation:
Demolition and cleaning of the debris left by the previous carpet and vinyl removal were completed, removing all existing adhesive.
The floor surface was fully prepared to allow for the installation of a new domino-colored flaked epoxy finish.
Black baseboards were installed around the entire perimeter of the remodeled area.
2. Additional work:
Leveling work was carried out on various sections of the floor to ensure a level surface.
A transition ramp was built to facilitate access between areas with different levels.
Final result:
The Salvation Army’s new space was fully adapted for its new purpose, with a durable, uniform, and aesthetically pleasing floor. The transformation allowed the area to be operational with high standards of functionality and presentation.
