During our initial consultation, we take the time to get to know you and your vision for the project. Once we understand your project needs, we provide you with a detailed and accurate quote for the project. Our quoting process is transparent and straightforward, so that you have a clear understanding of the project costs and timeline. We take the time to explain each aspect of the quote to ensure that you feel confident moving forward with the project.
When you’re ready to move forward with the project and approve the quote, we require a first deposit to secure our services. This deposit is typically a percentage of the total project cost and allows us to begin purchasing materials and scheduling workers for the project. We understand that this can be a significant investment, which is why we make sure to provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision and feel comfortable with the deposit amount.
We work closely with you to define your requirements and create a detailed plan for your project. We establish the schedule of activities, basic specifications, and economic valuation, and determine the planning and execution times for ordering materials, preparing the work area, and managing construction activities, machinery, and staffing.

We understand that changes may need to be made throughout the project, which is why we work closely with you to accommodate any changes or updates you wish to make. However, once the construction stage has begun, no modifications can be made to the materials.
Lastly, for projects estimated to cost over $100,000, we require advance payments as the project progresses. For insurance-related work, we maintain close contact with your appraiser and mortgage company, if applicable, to ensure timely payment and avoid any inconvenience or delays in your project.
At our construction company, we adhere to the highest construction standards and take pride in delivering exceptional results to our clients. As the project progresses, we proactively identify and solve problems that may arise to ensure that the tour of the finished project is a simple confirmation of the final work, resulting in your complete satisfaction with the end product.
Upon completion of the work, we provide a Certificate of Completion for your project. This document serves as acknowledgment that the work has been completed and meets industry standards. We strive to deliver on our promise of quality workmanship and guarantee your satisfaction with the final product.
When your project is complete and you are satisfied with the work done, we will provide you with a final invoice. This invoice will include all of the costs associated with your project, including materials, labor, and any additional fees. We require full payment of the final invoice within 30 days of its issuance. If you have any questions or concerns about the final payment of your project, our team is always available to assist you.
At Drill Multiservices, we stand behind our work and offer a repair guarantee for up to one year on select areas of coating and finishes from the completion of the project. This means that if any issues arise due to our workmanship, we will take responsibility and make necessary repairs. It’s important to note that our guarantee does not cover issues caused by other subcontractors hired by the client.
